This summer, as part of Beyond Fashion and The RHS Botanical Art & Photography Show, Saatchi Lates offer Art After Dark on selected Fridays from 6.30PM – 9PM.
In addition to workshop access, tickets include:

– Entry to all current Ground Floor Shows, including Metamorphosis: Innovation in Eco-Photography & Film
– Bar open to 8:30pm, with special drinks offers from Pasqua Wines
31 May – Drag and Draw
Join us on the opening night of our major summer exhibition, Beyond Fashion and a Drag Life-drawing workshop guided by Saatchi Gallery Learning. This exciting workshop will feature drag performers who use performance, make up and fashion to challenge gender expression. Participants will be encouraged to engage with the live performances and poses held by the performers through sketches and drawings. No prior experience is required.
This late is supported by Pasqua Wines.
28 June – Botanical Drawing and Printmaking Workshops
In celebration of The RHS Botanical Art & Photography Show, the second of our Summer Lates will be themed around botanical art.
Botanical Drawing
This workshop invites you to try your hand at botanical drawing from a beautiful floral display provided by Sisters of Bloom. Botanical artist and 2023 RHS exhibitor Rui Jiang will offer suggestions, advice and support.
Botanical Printmaking
Create botanical prints from real plants and flowers using simple monoprinting techniques, supported by the Saatchi Gallery Learning team.
Both workshops are open to all levels; basic materials will be provided.
26 July – Drop-in and Dance
Don’t miss our penultimate Summer Late featuring an accessible drop-in dance class is inspired by the shapes created by the body in the Beyond Fashion exhibition. You will be led through a series of techniques and stimuli by a professional dancer and have the opportunity to showcase your movements later in the evening, should you wish to. Open to all levels.
6 Sept – Strike a Pose: ‘Voguing’ Life-drawing
Join us for our final Late of the season. With London Fashion Week coming up, visitors are invited to join us for a life drawing session where models and an MC will perform and pose for you to draw, sketch, and feel inspired. ‘Voguing’ is a highly stylised, modern house dance originating in the late 1980s that evolved out of the Harlem ballroom scene of the 1960s. It is inspired by the poses of models in fashion magazines, like many of those you will see in the Beyond Fashion exhibition.
