This exhibition is the final location in a series of exhibitions that have taken place across Westminster Libraries.
Finishing here at the Saatchi Gallery, The Creative Collective was established by Westminster Council’s City Lions and Children’s Services, to share and celebrate the creativity of Westminster’s young people and showcase their artistic talent, enabling them to use their creativity as a tool for communication.
