If you choose to Gift Aid, you agree to the following:
You confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed by Saatchi Gallery on all your donations within the tax year, you will be responsible for covering the difference. You also confirm that any additional persons in your party are family members.
